I wanted to thank you for all the work you did to help us sell our house. I cant believe you sold it so quickly. At the time we were selling our home there were 8 other houses in our subdivision that were also for sale. One of them (that was the exact same model as ours) had been on the market for 6 months and they had it priced much cheaper than ours. You listed our house, and then 3 weeks later you had an open house and we had a buyer that same day. So our house sold in 3 weeks for more money than the one down the street that was listed for a lot less. There is one thing I want to say to other people who are considering using you. This lady knows what she is doing. If you listen to her and follow all of her advice you will have an amazing experience either buying or selling. Sherry took pictures, she placed adds strategically, she gave us staging recommendations and she helped with a few things that needed replacing... I know some people who try to tell their realtor what to do, and how to do it, and what they want to offer and what they think they should list their home for, etc. But honestly they don't have the experience.
